We
have included a pre-application for registration on our Application
page.
We will return your full application,
reservation preferences and request for payment to you via
US-Mail. Upon receipt of your payment via Pay Pal,
we will send you a confirmation letter within two to five
business days. All applications via US-Mail must be
paid in Check or by Money Order. Do not send cash cash; if
you choose to pay in cash, you must do so in person.

Payments and Confirmations
VISA is the preferred card of Advanced Lesson Academy of Golf, INC. Full payment is required at the time of your reservation. Please review the Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policies below. A confirmation letter and additional program information will be sent to you after your registration is confirmed.
Waiting Lists
If your desired session is filled, you can be placed on a waiting list. Payment will not be taken until the day you clear the waiting list and are registered for your session.
PLEASE NOTE: Individuals are not eligible for any existing registration promotions unless they have cleared the waiting list and have made appropriate payment before the promotion's expiration date.
Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling
Policies
We reserve the right to cancel any session within ten (10) days of the first day of that session. In such an event, you will be provided the option of rescheduling on a first available basis or receiving a refund. We will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience due to cancellation of session made by you within ten (10) days. Schedules and staffing are subject to change. Cancellations will be processed on the date received by Advanced Lesson Academy. Refunds will be given according to the following schedule: (I) more than thirty (30) days before the first day of the session, seventy-five percent (75%) of the fee; (II) between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days before the first day of the session, fifty percent (50%) of the fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within ten (10) days of the first day of the session. When rescheduling is considered it can be charged towards the full-tuition rate. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES.
